Hello , I am trying combine 4 wav files: each has 2-4 tracks, different sampling rate, duration into 1 single WAV with multiple tracks. Just like how you see them in Audacity GUI when you drag and drop multiple wav files. All the export options is not able to achieve it. They either merge into 2-chn stereo or split into multiple files single track.
Apparently, Audacity is unable to select multiple parts of a single audio track, so the user is required to 1) select a section, 2) copy it into a new track, 3) merge all the new tracks in to a single track, and 4) finally, save the new, single track into an audio file. =====Mix Multiple Audio Tracks in Audacity HINDI,merge tracks, mix audio tracks,Mix Multiple Audio Step 1: Run iTunes on your Mac, then press the "Songs" tab on the left side of the main screen, and after that, you can select the audio files you want to merge on iTunes; Step 2: Next, right-click each of your audio files, then choose the "Get Info" option to open a new window, where you need to tap the "Options" tab; Introduction. Load your audio file into Audacity by clicking File, then Open. Select the track you want to split and look for a small vertical line in the waveform. The line is called the “playhead” and marks where you are currently located in the track. Drag the playhead to where you want to split your track and create clip boundaries for the audio track.
