I think people may be giving you backwards advice. Far Cry 5 runs at 30fps by default, even on Series X. Pretty sure that’s what you’re experiencing now. If you’re on a 4K TV now—which you don’t say—then it’d run in 4K, too. If you want 60fps, then you need to go into compatibility options and turn on FPS Boost.
