I've had drivers get negative pay for trips before but barca seems terrible. My drivers are already at 4.2 rating but still they make negative profit from barcelona to basically anywhere practically every trip and then don't find anything on the return also almost every time. Anyone else have this so bad there or anywhere else? I'd expect in cities with only one or two companies but not one Remember that when you play with low income factor, it's only your income that is lower. All expenses are the same as with income factor set to 1.0. So you will keep getting losses on hired drivers if you play with the factor set to 0.1. When you driver as a 'hired driver' yourself, you don't have any expenses. Only income.

You can see this in his "Euro Truck Simulator 2: ROAD TRIP" video. He mentions his hired driver "Kenneth Kennethson" (a play on names, referring to a character from another series he's done). Also, whenever Kenneth makes money or such, you can see it scroll along the GPS there where your information scrolls about, it actually shows "Kenneth

hey it's good to buy tunned truck to your hired drivers? it's like better truck + better trailer = bigger profit? thanks have a good day :) Đăng nhập Cửa hàng Trang chủ Hàng khám phá Danh sách ước Cửa hàng điểm Tin tức Thống kê This is a known issue after updating to 1.32. They re-did the economy for the new Cargo Market and separation of cargo from trailers, so any job your drivers were working when you updated now has invalid data and results in negative income. The next jobs that they take will have them back to normal. There should be a reason to upgrade the hired driver's trucks. Some examples: Upgrade to get better, higher paying, longer distance jobs. Upgrade to increase truck reliability and decrease repair costs. Upgrade to keep your drivers happy, more happy -> more profit. #10.
how do i figure out what each driver is making me in profit for each trip and for the week
For maximizing your AI hired drivers the general rule should be, to pick a driver, that has 1 point in more categories. Best categories are High Value, Fragile and Hazardous cargo (ADR). Never start with driver that has Eco point. That is not usefull at start. Don't pick a driver that has 2 points in one category.
They are government mandated minimum time, after all, and all the trucks in this game have sleepers anyways. Some sleepers are bigger than others, but again, government mandated rest periods anyways. Upgrade employee trucks only if you have cash to burn. Employee's get better over time and produce greater profit regardless of rig.
